There was to to be 13 arenas, 10 different types of weapons, 17 unique characters, and many gameplay modes.
You can play with bots before moving up to multiplayer, both internet and LAN.

Development

Reality Deathmatch started off as The Arena, but the publisher JoWooD forced a name change.
The game was thus christened Reality Deathmatch in October 2001.

Cancellation

Reality Deathmatch was cancelled in 2002 for unknown reasons.
Soft Enterprises went defunct in 2003.
