Lufia: Ruins Chaser was a cancelled PlayStation game by Nihon-Flex.
It was to be the third game in the famed Lufia series.
Plot
The story would have taken 300 years after the Second Doom Island War.
Heroes were no longer needed due to advanced technology.
When the Fire Storm rages, heroes must end this threat again.
Cancellation
Lufia Ruins Chaser was cancelled in 1998 when Nihon-Flex went bankrupt.
Neverland, long time Lufia developer, picked up the project.
They turned the scrapped PS1 game into Lufia: The Legend Returns for the Game Boy Colour in 2001
