The game was to be a stealth-focused action adventure game.
Plot
The year in 1966. You would play as Katherine Kelly aka Kat.
You are a part of a team of six sexy female spies and thieves.
Your task is to steal valuable artwork for the collector Hugo Biggs-Lazenby.
Biggs-Lazenby is hatching an evil scheme, which you must uncover and stop.
The setting of the game is on the island of Mont-St-Michel.
Kat Burgler was to invoke the swingin' 60's, harking back to the thriller days of classic capers..
Gameplay
The gameplay was a mixture of Thief and Tomb Raider.
For combat she has her pistol and some melee moves.
There was to be sections where combat is inevitable.
Development
Kat Burglar was developed using Krome's Merkury 3D graphics engine.
Cancellation
Kat Burgler was dropped by Krome to focus on Ty the Tasmanian Tiger.
