Ganymede is a cancelled PS1, Saturn, and PC game from Rocket Science Games.
It was to be a combat ship shooter.
Gameplay
You would pilot a 'frictionless vaporsled', paroling Ganymede, one of Jupiter's moons.
The game was to combine the thrill of action and speed and physics.
There was to be more than 20 missions.
Cancellation
Ganymede was cancelled due to financial issues.
The game was canned to focus more resources on potentially more profitable games.
It did not help; Rocket Science Games went defunct in April 1997.
